Vote for Me!
As a Contestant in the “Next Top Self Help Author” writing contest, I will be asking you for your votes all along the way. The writing contest will be conducted over a period of four months, February 2011 – May 2011. The winner of the contest will be announced in June of 2011 and will be awarded a book publishing contract with Conari Press, a major publishing company in the area of self help.
Here’s the schedule of events for which you can offer your vote for me or any other author in the contest.
Round One:
February 1st- February 28th, 2011
Video Submission: each self help author writing contestant is required to submit a video about their book. This portion of the writing competition starts February 1, 2011. Following is a link to:

OK…so I have not been chosen to move on to round two. This does not mean my journey is over. I am acting “as if” I am moving on and am working on the next part of the contest:
- a book proposal
- and one chapter
I will be posting all of this in parts in blogs on this website. Click on the Blog & News tab in the top navigation of this site. You can see all that I’ve done and posted there.

March 1st – March 31st, 2011

Liz Gracia is an up and coming self help author now residing in Colorado. Her first nonfiction self help book is based on her true story of a quantum spiritual awakening that took place on the enchanting Island of Nantucket. It was over a period of 8 months during the year 2003 that this story unfolds.
